What is Renogy's Return Policy?

Return within 30 Days

You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling
Defective product
Incorrect product was delivered

For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Renogy will NOT accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to Renogy will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

What about defective or faulty items?

We stand behind all of our products. If the item(s) you received is defective or flawed in any way, please submit a case on our online portal and describe the issue you are encountering.

The Renogy DC to DC MPPT Onboard Battery Charger is built to provide flexibility. This multi-stage charger with dual input options can charge a service battery from a starter battery linked to an alternator or by utilizing solar panels directly connected to the unit. While the vehicle's alternator prioritizes charging the starter battery, this charger ensures that the solar system charges the service battery first. This intelligent design helps keep your system fully charged, allowing for longer off-grid adventures.

With multi-stage charging and multi-chemistry functionality, Renogy's DC to DC MPPT Charger supports flooded, gel, AGM, and lithium batteries.

The RJ45 communication port allows you to unlock exclusive monitoring features using the BT-2 Bluetooth Module and Renogy DC Home App, enabling real-time remote control and monitoring through your smartphone.

Excellent product, an exceptional recharge. I couldn't have chosen better!

Been using it now for well over a year, can't fault it , does exactly what I need it to do and was simple to install. I got this after watching Will Prowse' video and followed his wiring diagram.

works as advertised

Now using this for about two weeks, and the only complaint I have is that it seems to overcharge when using the default lithium setting. Luckily it allows you to set custom parameters to prevent this from happening.
