Shipping Policies
1. We offer delivery to mainland EU member states. Specific shipping fees are subject to the information on the order page. However, due to logistics channel restrictions, the following areas are currently not supported for delivery.

2. For orders shipped to non-EU European countries, customers are required to provide VAT information and assist the courier with customs clearance procedures. Customers in these regions who still wish to place an order, please reach out to our customer service team for further support.For orders shipped to France, solar panels/kits exceeding 175W require an additional shipping fee of at least €50 due to logistics channel restrictions.
3. All orders must include accurately completed details including street name, house number, city, province, and a daytime contact phone number. Some items cannot be delivered to Packstation、PO.Box、Post Filiale、Postfächer due to shipping restrictions. Batteries can only be delivered to residential addresses.
4. Depending on your order, your items may arrive in multiple packages. Once your order is shipped, you can visit order track page to track your package.We understand that professional installation is often desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until receiving your complete order and verifying the condition of the products before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products.
5. Packages cannot be rerouted after they have been shipped. If you need to change the address, please e-mail us at service.renogy.com.
6. If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If refusing the delivery is not possible, please provide relevant pictures to facilitate our after-sales service.
7. We do not support Self-pickup Service from our warehouse. If you have such a need, please e-mail us at service.renogy.com.

We will randomly select the warehouse and shipping method based on inventory availability, and cannot accommodate requests for specific warehouses or logistics providers.
Additional Freight Fees (Estimates):
Renogy offers free ground shipping on many of our products and the mainland EU member states. Items that qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked on the product listing page. However, for returns not caused by RENOGY, additional return shipping fees will apply. Please refer to the Renogy Return and Refund Policy for return rules. The return shipping fee is 1.5 times the outbound shipping cost. The package must be dropped off at Parcel Shop.
