What is Renogy's Return Policy?

Return within 30 Days

You may return your product(s) to Renogy within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Renogy.

  • Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling

Can I exchange my Renogy order?

Renogy does not offer exchanges. If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, you will need return the item and place a separate order for the correct one. The return shipping expenses shall be borne by you.

Where is my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the return requirements are met, we will issue a full refund within 2-5 business days. Actual deposit times may vary according to your banking institution. Additionally, an email notification will be sent out when the refund is issued.

For optimal lifespan, we recommend keeping the Depth of Discharge (DOD) at or below 80%.

・Install in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated space.
・Avoid oil, dust, or debris to prevent leaks or short circuits.
・Ideal operating temperature is 0°C to 35°C (safe range: -25°C to 65°C).
・The battery can be installed on its side or vertically. Do not stack or invert it.

7. How can I connect multiple batteries?

This battery supports 4S, 8P, or 4S4P configurations. Always follow the user manual for proper wiring guidelines.

8. Is it compatible with the Renogy App or Renogy ONE system?

Yes, the built-in Bluetooth allows communication with the Renogy App, Renogy ONE M1, and Renogy ONE Core for real-time monitoring and system control.

9. Can I connect this battery with other brands?

No. Parallel or series connections must be made with batteries of the same brand, model, voltage, and capacity.

10. What should I do before connecting batteries in parallel?

・Ensure all batteries are at the same state of charge. Fully charge each battery and let them rest for 30 minutes. Voltage difference should be within 0.1V.
・Avoid mixing new and old batteries (age difference should not exceed 6 months).
・Follow wiring instructions in the user manual for optimal configuration.

11. Does the battery enter standby mode when not in use?

Yes, if there is no charging or discharging activity for 24 hours, the BMS enters sleep mode. The battery can be reactivated by charging or discharging.

12. What is the self-discharge rate?

The battery self-discharge rate is less than 3% per month under normal conditions.

13. What should I do if the battery enters undervoltage protection?

1. Immediately disconnect all cables.
2. Use a charger with lithium activation capability to safely recharge the battery.

14. What charger should I use for this battery?

・Use a charger specifically designed for 12V LiFePO₄ batteries.
・Ensure the voltage and current parameters match the battery specs.
・Charging current should not exceed 200A.
・The charger should have protections for reverse polarity, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature.

Yes, the battery features built-in self-heating.
・It activates automatically when the temperature drops below 0°C and charging current is at least 6A.
・Heating stops when the temperature exceeds 10°C.
・Under full power (100W), the temperature rises about 20°C every 70 minutes.

16. How should I store the battery?

・Charge to 30%-50% before storage.
・Disconnect from all systems.
・Store in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
・Storage temperature range: -25°C to 65°C.
・Recharge every 3-6 months. Fully charge before reusing.
