The Phoenix features 2* 120V AC (Modified sine wave)outputs and can power most devices below 200W. Tips: Some devices with a motor or compressor inside may have an instant start-up power rating 3-5 times than the stated power rowing.
How to choose a compatible solar panel?
For optimal recharging performance, it is strongly recommended to recharge your Phoenix 200 using a compatible solar panel (not included) and place the panel under direct sunlight. Use the included Solar Connectors to connect the panel to the DC Input Port of your Phoenix. Please note that the solar panel must meet the following specifications: Open Circuit Voltage between 12V-25V, Max.30W (final input solar power), if Voltage is below 12V or above 25V low-voltage / over-voltage protection will be triggered.
Can I recharge the Phoenix from the wall and solar at the same time?
Yes, you can use the DC input port and USB-C port to charge your power station simultaneously.
Can the Phoenix be recharged while using?
Yes, the Phoenix can be recharged and deliver DC Power to your devices simultaneously. However, AC power is not available when the Phoenix 200 is being recharged.

Why doesn’t my PHOENIX 200 power other devices?
First, make sure the unit has been turned on by pressing the Main Power Button. Then check the battery level of unit. If the last Battery Level LED Indicator is flashing, please recharge the unit as soon as possible. If not, make sure the output ports have been turned on by pressing the corresponding Ports On/Off Buttons. Finally, check if the connected device conforms to the specifications of output ports. Can I replace the battery pack in my PHOENIX 200?
No, the battery pack in PHOENIX 200 is not replaceable. Do not try to dismantle your PHOENIX 200 and replace the battery by yourself. Doing so may cause irreversible damages to the unit and battery explosion.
Is the PHOENIX 200 chainable?

Is the PHOENIX 200 waterproof?
No, the PHOENIX 200 is not waterproof. Please keep the unit away from moisture. Do no submerge the unit in water or operate the unit in the rain. Doing so may cause short-circuits, electric shocks, and fire.
Why doesn’t the battery of PHOENIX 200 last as long as I expect?
The battery capacity is rated at 0.2C. When the PHOENIX 200 is powering devices that have high power consumption, the internal resistance of battery will turn more energy into heat and lower battery capacity as a result. When this is the case, you may not get exactly 189Wh of energy.
